JAM Pro Fitness, LLC provides a customized, in-home health and fitness program designed to fit “
within your lifestyle.” Our services are convenient and effective. Our programs are designed and implemented by health and fitness professionals who have many years of education and experience helping people and teams achieve their goals.


Services

Our programs include:
• One-on-one or couples personal training sessions and programs are designed to achieve goals such as improved body composition, improved health, increased strength and energy, better range of motion, and more vigorous body functioning and mobility.

•One-on-one or couples nutrition and lifestyle coaching programs are customized to address issues such as calories, portion control, stress management, time management, balanced nutrition and a higher standard of living.

•Group programs include presentations and classes addressing the fitness, nutrition and lifestyle issues listed above.

•Tennis Lessons- Individual or small group lessons are available.  We provide instruction for both youth and adult clients in the areas of proper stroke technique, tennis specific fitness exercises, and match play strategies.

•Sports specific training is available for individuals and groups or teams. JAM Pro Fitness will conduct sessions at your facility for your convenience and conduct clinics that include plyometrics, functional strength, core training, balance/proprioception training, injury prevention, energy system development, and sports psychology. For student athletes, we will work will coaches and parents to customize a safe and effective program that will help athletes achieve their goals.
